Reiki

Reiki is an energy healing technique that is known to relieve stress and tension and relieve energy blockages that can be the cause of physical and emotional discomfort.

I, personally, have seen Reiki alleviate intense physical pain, be a catalyst for emotional breakthroughs and cause measurable positive change in physical 'conditions'. That said, it is a complimentary alternative healing modality and is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

Finding holistic services can be tricky because you never really know what you're getting into until you show up. Here is what you can expect from me :

• I use a Non-Touch method - my hands will not touch your body during a treatment.

What Happens During a Session

Before your session, you will fill out any paperwork in a homey waiting area with water, fresh coffee and a variety of hot teas available.

Your healing sanctuary will include gentle music, incense and/or essential oils and candle light. You will rest on crisp clean linens on a wide, gently heated, well cushioned massage table. There are plenty of pillows and blankets to make yourself comfortable with if you prefer.

You may remain quiet or chat during your session - whichever you prefer. Often, it is so relaxing that you might even take a nap! I will guide you through a gentle deep breathing relaxation and then I will perform the healing, making a note of anything you may need to know at the end of the session.

Qualifications, Charges Etc

I am a Usui and Blue Fire Reiki Master. I have over 4 years of experience with Reiki healing and over 10 years of experience with energy work. My home is client ready, clean and peaceful.

I charge $50 per half hour or $80 per hour.

Ask about integrating hypnosis into your Reiki session! I'm a certified hypnotist and often in this very relaxed state of calm, hypnosis is particularly effective for a variety of issues. The two together are a powerful combination!
