One day, whilst digging in my garden, my shovel hit something hard. I spent the rest of the afternoon trying to dig the drat thing out so that I could plant my begonias. But as I dug, I realized that I was uncovering something far larger than a mere rock. It was a chest. An old brass bound chest with what turned out to be a very creaky lid.

When I opened it, I found all manner of potions and queer objects. Each was accompanied by a handwritten note to a woman named Claire from what appears to be a mad woman. She must have had an extensive collection of curious and occult odds and ends and her writing indicates that she traveled the world to collect them.
