I specialize in working with mental/emotional dis-orders and have a track record of great success. These conditions of being or dis-eases are often mystified into complex medical explanations but can be very simple to untangle when a logical approach is taken to them. You may have gone to specialist after specialist only to be prescribed more medication or to sit on a couch for hours every month with no real progress.

You are not incurable. Your symptoms can be managed without heavy medication.

You can expect at least 3 sessions of 45 minutes to two hours each session. I charge per the session, not per the hour. Each session first consists of talk related to your condition, your life, your past. We will work through a variety of exercises within the session depending upon your individual needs. Examples of these exercises are :

  • putting your condition into terms that make sense and make it much more realistically manageable
  • figuring out the root cause and patterns that contribute to your condition
  • Steps to alleviate sleep, digestive, pain and other issues that may be contributing or have become bothersome side effects of the condition
  • talk exercises to give some issues a different perspective
  • hypnosis and/or visualization exercises
  • energy healing (such as Reiki)
  • breathing, relaxation and meditative exercises and instruction
  • creating at home work for you to do to ease symptoms and create dramatic change in your days immediately

Most of all, you’ll find someone who understands and who is thrilled to help and coach you through your recovery.

This is not clinical therapy. If you are currently under doctor supervision for your disorder, doctor’s consent required.
