I am a Usui Reiki Master and the originator of Blue Fire Reiki. Blue Fire Reiki training offers a reality based, non frou-frou approach to reiki and encourages each practitioner to develop their own working style. There are hundreds of types of Reiki, each with it’s own unique characteristics. Reiki literally means ‘universal light energy’. The practice of Reiki is an energetic healing style of channeling ‘universal energy’ through yourself land through your client, reminding their mind and body how to flow naturally and heal it’s self.
