Refunds

I offer a refund in the event that you have received a product made by me that is not as advertised or is malfunctioning. I am not responsible for shipping errors or breakages.

Original, handmade or one of a kind items are not eligible for an exchange.

I offer a refund on prepaid single classes or services that you did not attend. If you did not give 24 hours of advanced notice of not being able to attend, I will retain a $10 fee from the refund.

When purchasing a class series in advance, you get a series discount, included in the price you pay. If any access has been given to online material or any class has been taken, I do not offer a partial or complete refund. A complete refund will be issued if the participant does not attend any of the classes in the prepaid series.
